Once the picture to be painted has been selected, you email us a digital version of this photograph. Next step is for the customer to decide on what size they want the painting to be. The dimensions should generally follow the proportions of the photograph. Stretching is possible but is best tested in Photoshop or the like before actually implemented in a painting. These considerations aside, we are happy to help your customer get their painting in any size they want. We have a number of standard sizes listed in the pricing section of this website, as these are the most commonly ones ordered. However, we can make the painting in any size. Just let us know what the particular requirements are and we will make sure we fulfill them.

Once the motif and size has been determined, just place the order with us. We will invoice you for this through PayPal which allows you to easily pay using any credit card or your PayPal account. This makes the whole payment experience very smooth, easy and 100% secure. Once this has been completed, we will send you a confirmation by email.

Our artists then proceed with the painting. It generally takes 2-3 weeks to complete any given motif. We can update you on this progress as required by you. Once your painting is ready, we will send you a picture of it for approval. Normally, these are immediately accepted. However, in case your customer should have any alterations or changes, you simply tell us and your artist will set about making the changes in order to ensure your customer get exactly the piece of art that they wish for. Once the painting has been changed, we again send you a picture for approval until your customer is completely satisfied with the outcome. Notice again, however, that most people are very happy with the first result.

Once the result has been accepted, we ship the painting to you by DHL and forward you the tracking number. Expect 5-7 days for shipping.
