The table below displays the costs for the standard sizes and compositions that we offer. For paintings in other sizes or with features not covered in the table below, please send us an enquiry and we will send you a price quote for your custom oil painting requirement. The cost of a painting is determined by the amount of time that is spent on the painting of the portrait and the materials used such as paint and canvas being secondary expense. This explains why a two subject painting will be more expensive than a similarly sized single subject painting.

A "subject" is a human, animal or complex background object that you would like included in the art piece. For example, a boy holding a cat in a photo counts as two subjects, while a landscape painting counts as one subject.

Ensure that you let us know of any features in your photograph that you would prefer to be omitted or additionally included. This could be a change to the background or background colour and need to be mentioned in the order so that we can ensure you receive the finished painting as you intended.

The prices do not include shipping. Shipping prices and are based on weight but for one painting the cost is $40. In case you are interested in more than one painting, it is better to include them all in one order in order to minimize the shipping costs.
