Step 5. Track the Progress of Your Order
From the time the order has been received, you can track the progress of your orders by logging in using the information received with your receipt. This allows you to track the progress of your painting including when it is projected to be ready, when the order was submitted and other relevant information. Once your painting is ready, we will send you a picture of it for your approval. Normally, these are immediately accepted. However, in case you should have any alterations or changes, you simply tell us and your artist will set about making the changes in order to ensure you get exactly the piece of art that you wish for. Once the painting has been changed, we again send you a picture for approval until you are completely satisfied with the outcome. Notice again, however, that most people are very happy with the first result.
Once the result has been accepted, we ship the painting to you. Paintings are shipped in rolls.
